How to Log In and Create a VetVantageMD Provider Account

This article explains how providers access VetVantageMD for the first time, including account creation, verification, and secure login.

Getting started

From the VetVantageMD homepage, select Get Started. This screen supports both existing users and new providers.

  • If you already have an account, enter your credentials to log in.
  • If you are new, select Sign Up to begin creating a provider account.

Creating your account

To create an account, enter your:

  • Full legal name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Select Continue to submit your information.

Account verification

After submitting your information, you must verify your account:

  1. Choose Email or Phone verification.
  2. A six-digit code is sent to your selected method.
  3. Enter the code to proceed.

Verification helps ensure secure access and confirms provider identity.

Creating a secure password

Once verified, create your password using the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one special character

After completing this step, your provider account is active and ready for setup.
